How big is the conference room?
Our conference room is approximately 17' X 23’ and can seat up to 20 people. It is most ideal for groups of 2-16 for board meetings, workshops, and team training sessions.
When can I book it?
The meeting room is bookable every day of the week (including holidays) from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please include any setup or takedown time in your booking, as reservations can be scheduled back‑to‑back.
Do you allow personal parties?
Unfortunately, we do not allow personal parties such as showers or birthday parties. Due to the shared nature of our coworking space we cannot accommodate celebrations as we do not have adequate space accomodate space to allow you to have a loud and fund celebration and to allow our coworking members to work (they have access 7 days a week). We have decided to prioritize our members at this time.
How do I get in?
Our office runs on an access control system that allows members to access the space securely. When you book the conference room, you will receive instructions that will direct you to download our access app onto your smartphone. Once downloaded, it’s the tap of a button when you arrive and you’re in!
Where is the meeting room located?
The Atrium’s meeting room is in downtown St. Thomas, just a short drive from London, Ontario, making it a convenient conference space for local teams and out‑of‑town clients.
What’s included with the meeting room rental?
Your booking includes tables and chairs, high‑speed Wi‑Fi, a TV or screen for presentations, a whiteboard. Everything you need for a productive meeting near London, Ontario.
Can we bring food?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own food, snacks, and non‑alcoholic drinks. You can store items in our fridge and use the microwave and kettle if needed, and we’re happy to recommend local caterers in St. Thomas.
How do cancellations work?
Things happen! We offer full refunds for cancellations up to 1 week before your booking. If you cancel 48–7 hours before, we provide a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled meeting.
Is there parking?
