The Atrium conference room is perfect self-service space for board meetings, workshops, off-site team meetings, conferences, events, and everything in between. It features a TV for presentations, a white board, high speed internet, and access to a kitchen. Move the tables around to make the room work for you and enjoy a bright and modern space to inspire your meeting.
The Atrium conference room is wheelchair accessible and located inside our secure building. There is ample parking available for all your guests in the parking lot directly across the street.

How big is the conference room?
Our board room is 20′ by 24′ and seats up to 32 around tables.
When can I book it?
The conference room is bookable every day of the week (including holidays) from 8AM to 9PM.
You will need to book any set up or take down time required as bookings can be made back to back.
Do you allow birthday parties?
Unfortunately, we do not allow events for kids. Due to the shared nature of our coworking space we cannot accommodate events with young kids as we do not have adequate space that allows kids to be kids, and our coworking members to work (they have access 7 days a week).
How do I get in?
Our office runs on an access control system that allows members to access the space securely. When you book the conference room, you will receive a link via email that will direct you to download our access app onto your smartphone. Once downloaded, it’s the tap of a button when you get into the lobby and you’re in!
Can we bring food?
Absolutely! You can even keep it in the fridge (located conveniently close to the board room) and use our microwave and kettle if you need them. Ask us for our recommended local caterers!
How do cancellations work?
Things happen! We get it. We allow cancellations with full refunds up to 1 week before your booking – just let us know. Up to 48 hours before, we do half refunds. There are no refunds after 48 hours.
Is there parking?
Yes! We have a small parking lot in front of the building, and a large dirt lot directly across the street.
