Community Manager
Position Summary
The Community Manager is responsible for creating an exceptional day-to-day experience for every member and guest at The Atrium. This role ensures our space is welcoming, professional, and running smoothly while building meaningful relationships with members and helping our community continue to grow.
This is a highly people-focused role that combines hospitality, operations, sales, marketing, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, enjoys connecting with people, and notices the small details that make a space feel exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
Community Experience
Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Build genuine relationships with members and foster a culture of connection.
Answer member questions and assist with day-to-day needs.
Provide tours to prospective members.
Promote memberships and convert visitors into members.
Encourage participation in community events and programming.
Maintain an active presence in the member WhatsApp community through reminders, conversation starters, celebrations, and helpful updates.
Member Success & Retention
Develop and execute a consistent new member onboarding experience.
Complete all onboarding and integration tasks for new members.
Introduce new members to existing members and community opportunities.
Monitor member engagement and identify opportunities to improve retention.
Help create a welcoming environment where members feel known and connected.

Space Operations
Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming environment by:
Wiping desks, tables, counters, and shared surfaces.
Sweeping and mopping floors.
Restocking washrooms and shared supplies.
Returning furniture to its proper location.
Cleaning and maintaining the coffee machine.
Tidying the kitchenette, refrigerator, and common areas.
Performing routine opening and closing procedures, including unlocking and securing the building.
Events & Community Programming
Assist in planning the monthly event calendar.
Execute recurring member events such as Community Lunches, Wine Downs, and more.
Promote upcoming events through conversations with members, signage, social media, and community channels.
Help create memorable experiences that strengthen member relationships.
Marketing & Communications
Create and publish 2–5 Instagram Stories each day highlighting life inside The Atrium.
Capture photos and videos of members, events, and the space.
Assist with drafting, editing, and scheduling monthly newsletters.
Write member spotlight stories for newsletters, blogs, and social media.
Share community updates and celebrate member achievements.
Team Collaboration
Participate in monthly planning meetings.
Review new member onboarding progress.
Contribute ideas for improving member experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability, community engagement, and overall operations.

This role is part time and requires a commitment of two days a week for 6-hour shift. Compensation is based on experience and ranging from $18-25/hour.
